Manager - HR & Admin

The HR & Admin Manager will be responsible for overseeing all human resource and administrative functions of the organization. The role involves developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and procedures, managing recruitment and performance systems, ensuring statutory compliance, and maintaining a productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities: Human Resource Management
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company objectives.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records and HR database accurately.
- Oversee payroll processing and ensure statutory compliance.
- Plan and execute employee training, development, and performance appraisal systems.
- Handle employee relations, grievance redressal, and disciplinary actions.
- Support management in manpower planning and organizational development.
Administrative Management
- Supervise general office administration, housekeeping, and facility management.
- Ensure proper maintenance of company assets, vehicles, and infrastructure.
- Oversee security, travel arrangements, canteen, and other welfare activities.
- Manage vendor contracts and service providers for administrative support.
- Handle documentation, filing systems, and ensure smooth office operations.
Compliance & Legal
- Ensure compliance with all labor laws and government regulations.
- Maintain and update statutory records, registers, and returns.
- Coordinate with external auditors, consultants, and government authorities.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Preferred candidates with MBA/MSW in HR.
- 5–8 years of experience in HR & Admin, preferably in a manufacturing or project-based company.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
