Please contact to HR 7594973100 For more details Accounting Bookkeeping Record all branch financial transactions in the accounting system sales service spare parts expenses etc Maintain and reconcile ledgers general ledger accounts receivable accounts payable cash bank accounts Invoicing Sales Service Accounting Generate sales invoices including two-wheeler sales spares accessories services Ensure correctness of prices GST discounts etc Monitor and record service- and spare parts-related income Taxation Statutory Compliance Manage GST returns GSTR 1 GSTR 3B etc TDS deductions and filings Ensure compliance with other statutory requirements profession tax etc Maintain proper tax documentation and assist in audits Cash Management Bank Reconciliation Monitor daily cash and bank transactions Prepare daily weekly cash bank summary Reconcile bank statements ensure timely deposits and payment Financial Reporting MIS Prepare monthly financial statements Profit Loss Balance Sheet for the branch Provide branch-level MIS reports for sales expenses inventory turnover receivables payables etc Analyse variances versus budget or prior periods and report to management Coordination Support Liaise with Head Office Finance for consolidations audits policy implementation Support internal external audit providing required documents schedules Costing Budgeting Assist in branch budget preparation monitor expense against budget Suggest cost saving measures timely identification of overhead cost overruns Compliance Controls Ensure branch adheres to company s policies accounting standards Implement internal controls to safeguard branch assets and ensure accuracy of financial data Maintain documentation for audit trails Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay Up to 15 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Internet reimbursement Leave encashment Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund
