Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Providing strong contracting and legal support to ensure the highest legal standards are met in all aspects of the business
  • A strong understanding of the local laws relevant to the company
  • Excellent drafting and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to write with precision and clarity
  • Draft and negotiate complex vendor contracts for the company
  • Manage and respond to requests for legal support from internal stakeholders
  • Provide general legal advice and support to multiple business areas.

Candidate Profile:

An Ideal Candidate will have the following:

Law degree (LL.B. or higher) from a top law university, with demonstrated excellent academic performance

  • 6- 8 years' work experience at a law firm working on transactions, corporate advisory and in-house legal experience
  • Experience negotiating complex commercial contracts with multi-national companies
  • Strong commercial instincts and excellent business collaboration and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical skills; independent and goal-oriented working style
  • An open, flexible, team-oriented approach with good communication skills
  • Ability to cope with a fast paced and high-pressure environment
