Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurugram for an Assistant Manager/Manager-Legal. The individual will be responsible for managing legal affairs, preparing legal documents, and providing legal consulting and compliance guidance. The Assistant Manager/Manager-Legal will handle day-to-day legal tasks, ensure compliance with relevant laws, and provide support on legal matters to various departments within the organization.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge and experience in Law and Legal Affairs
  • Proficiency in IP,Litigation ,Legal Document Preparation and Legal Compliance
  • Ability to provide Legal Consulting and manage Legal Affairs
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
  • Relevant experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Law or related field
