
Operations Analyst Manager

Job Location: Indore (WFO)
Key Responsibilities:
1. Team Management & Strategy
- Define and execute the analytics roadmap for the Operations department aligned with business goals.
- Lead a team of analysts, ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely delivery of data insights and reports.
- Oversee the development of scalable dashboards, scorecards, and automated reporting frameworks.
2. Operational Intelligence & Performance Management
- Monitor and analyze operational KPIs across patient journey, provider management, claims processing, and service delivery.
- Identify inefficiencies, cost leakages, and bottlenecks; recommend and implement data-backed process improvements.
- Drive adoption of data insights across operations, ensuring data-driven decision-making culture.
3. Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with clinical, product, technology, finance, and supply chain teams to align operational processes with organizational goals.
- Present performance insights and business cases to senior leadership for strategic initiatives.
- Act as the primary liaison between operations and analytics functions across the company.
4. Process & Compliance Oversight
- Ensure all operational data handling complies with healthcare regulations.
- Standardize data definitions, metrics, and reporting practices across operational functions.
5. Innovation & Continuous Improvement
- Drive automation of manual reporting processes to free up analyst time for deeper analysis.
- Champion the adoption of self-service BI tools for operational teams.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging healthcare analytics trends.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing analytics or operations teams.
- Strong expertise in SQL, Advanced Excel, and preferably with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
- Deep understanding of healthcare operational workflows and metrics.
- Strong business acumen with an understanding of KPIs, SLAs, and cost-control measures.
- Strategic thinking with ability to connect data insights to business outcomes.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills for C-level stakeholders.
- Ability to influence and drive change across cross-functional teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business, Operations Management, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business analysis, or operations analytics, preferably in healthcare or healthtech with at least 2 years of experience in a team handling role.
