  • Key Responsibilities

  • Forging, executing and maintaining relationships with partners and other associates

  • Generation of revenue through promoting our services and encouraging associates to avail them
  • Providing inputs and generating ideas for taking forward our relationships with external stakeholders
  • Assisting the business growth manager in expanding our reach to maximum external parties

    5.Providing telephonic support in Site visits and Site Inspection related tasks wherever necessary

Required Skill Set

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field.
  • Prior experience in business development, client relations, or partnership management preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to drive revenue growth.
  • Ability to generate and implement creative ideas for relationship building.
  • Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and business communication platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and a team player with a proactive approach.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
