An F&B (Food & Beverage) Executive plays a key role in managing food and beverage operations, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

1. **Operations Management**:

- Oversee day-to-day F&B operations in restaurants, bars, cafes, or hotels.
- Ensure smooth operations between kitchen staff, servers, and management.
- Ensure food quality, portion control, and presentation align with standards.
- Supervise food preparation, cooking, and serving to ensure hygiene and quality.

2. **Staff Management**:

- Manage F&B staff including chefs, waiters, bartenders, and other service staff.
- Train and mentor staff on service standards, menu knowledge, and food safety.
- Conduct performance evaluations and handle scheduling, attendance, and staffing needs.

3. **Customer Service**:

- Monitor guest satisfaction, handle complaints, and ensure a positive dining experience.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer service and engagement.
- Respond promptly to customer queries and special requests.

4. **Menu Planning & Development**:

- Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff to design and update the menu.
- Analyze customer preferences, food trends, and cost factors to create appealing menus.
- Ensure menu items are cost-effective and align with the establishment’s branding.

5. **Budget & Financial Management**:

- Control F&B costs and monitor budgeting, ensuring profitability.
- Track inventory, order supplies, and manage vendor relationships.
- Analyze financial performance, including revenue, costs, and profit margins.

6. **Compliance and Health & Safety**:

- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the kitchen and dining areas.
- Conduct regular checks on food storage, handling, and preparation.

7. **Inventory & Stock Management**:

- Oversee stock levels and manage inventory of food and beverage supplies.
- Ensure timely ordering and proper storage of items.
- Keep track of waste management and implement practices to reduce losses.

8. **Quality Control**:

- Ensure all food and beverage items meet the establishment’s quality standards.
- Conduct regular quality checks and assess customer feedback for improvements.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
