We're looking for an
HR Executive
who can bring structure to creativity — someone who can manage people with empathy, processes with precision, and culture with care.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • End-to-end
    recruitment for non-IT roles
    (Operations, Admin, Marketing, Design/UI-UX, Content Writing, Sales, etc.)
  • Talent sourcing
    through LinkedIn, college and institute partnerships, and referral programs
  • Monthly KPIs and performance audits
    with team leads
  • Leave and attendance management
  • Policy implementation
    and
    staff engagement
    initiatives
  • Building and maintaining a strong
    work culture
    based on trust, collaboration, and performance

What We're Looking For:

  • 1–2 years of hands-on HR experience (preferably in startups or marketing/creative setups)
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and bring positive energy to the workplace
  • A good sense of ownership — someone who loves building and improving processes
