Product Marketing - Consumer Integrated Planning – India Cycle Planning, Consultant

The Global Consumer Strategy & Integrated Planning team is responsible for orchestrating and optimizing the end-to-end business and planning rhythms across the Consumer organization.

The India Cycle Planning Lead is responsible for developing and maintaining a rolling 12-month plan to hit high level growth and profitability goals for India, in line with the long-term financial goals. This person drives cross-functional alignment and accountability to deliver on key business outcomes, including revenue growth, margin expansion, market share, cycle to assortment plan accuracy and maximized VF, with a focus on strategic planning 9-12 months out.

This role requires a strategic operator with a strong command of cross-functional business planning, deep understanding of the regional consumer dynamics, and the ability to influence stakeholders to deliver synchronized, insight-driven, action-oriented plans.

You will:

  • Set high-level growth / margin ambitions for following year to inform AOP
  • Create rolling 12-month cycle plan to hit high-level goals, including execution of strategic big bets, with mid-year refresh
  • Lead development of cross-functional GTM plan, coordinating closely with Mktg, DTX, Sales, Product Ops and others to develop and pressure-test execution plans
  • Lead strategy alignment with GTM teams to execute against Big Bets (incl. campaign roadmap, Review, Site, etc.)
  • Assist in creation of perfect pitch to bring both to retailers for placement locks and vendors to ensure alignment on key hero products to feature in partner campaigns
  • Establish feedback loops with stakeholders for consistent, iterative improvements

Essential Requirements

  • 12-15 years of experience in business operations, planning, or GTM strategy within a consumer or technology driven organization
  • Proven track record of leading planning processes across global and matrixed organizations
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive cross-functional alignment
  • Deep understanding of retail and e-commerce dynamics, seasonal demand cycles, and regional market nuances
  • Strong strategic and analytical capabilities with a bias for action and results

Desirable Requirements

  • Experience in planning across multiple geographies and product lines
  • Expertise in high-volume retail and promotional cycles
