We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Representative to drive the growth of our student. The ideal candidate is a passionate communicator with a knack for consultative selling. You will be responsible for identifying potential leads, building meaningful relationships, and effectively articulating the immense value of our specialized training programs. This role is crucial for expanding our reach and helping more individuals and companies achieve their professional goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively identify and qualify new sales leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach (especially LinkedIn), and networking events.
  • Consultative Selling: Conduct in-depth needs analysis with prospective individual students and corporate clients to understand their learning objectives, career aspirations, and business challenges.
  • Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling and customized sales presentations and product demonstrations that clearly communicate the value proposition of Anant Institute.
  • Pipeline Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to enrollment and payment, ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, academic partners, and industry professionals.
  • Achieve Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales and enrollment targets.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven work experience (1-3+ years) as a Sales Representative, Business Development Representative, Enrollment Advisor, or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. You must be a clear, confident, and persuasive communicator.
  • Strong ability to understand and explain complex concepts in a simple and engaging manner.
  • A self-motivated, goal-oriented individual with a strong desire to succeed and the ability to work independently.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree is a plus.
