Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for an Executive Assistant and Operations Lead. The individual will be responsible for managing executive schedules, coordinating meetings, and supporting the leadership team with administrative tasks. Key responsibilities also include overseeing day-to-day operational activities, streamlining processes for efficient workflows, and ensuring the seamless execution of company projects. The candidate will act as a central liaison, supporting communication and collaboration across teams within the organization.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in administrative and organizational skills, such as calendar management, meeting coordination, task prioritization, and attention to detail.
  • Strong operational skills, including project and process management, problem-solving, and the ability to improve workflows for higher efficiency.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, along with stakeholder management and interpersonal relationship-building abilities.
  • Experience in data analysis, managing reports, and leveraging data for operational decision-making is a plus.
  • Adept at multitasking, working under pressure, and maintaining discretion with sensitive information.
  • Familiarity with the food and beverage or hospitality industry is an advantage, but not mandatory.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred, though equivalent experience will also be considered.
