Role & responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in filing visa applications and coordinating document submissions.
- Communicate with clients to address queries and provide updates on application status.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of paperwork and submissions.
- Utilize government portals for visa processing in various countries such as US, Australia, Hong Kong, UK, Canada, New Zealand, and Europe.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions and progress.
- Support clients in completing necessary forms and paperwork for immigration filings.
- Handle client inquiries efficiently via phone, meetings, and emails.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any field
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Prior knowledge or experience in immigration services is beneficial but not required

Additional Information
