Role OverviewAs the B2C Operations, you will oversee the end-to-end supply chain operations for our D2C channels, including e-commerce platforms and direct orders. This role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to streamlining processes, managing third-party logistics (3PL), and driving efficiencies in order fulfillment. Key ResponsibilitiesOrder Fulfillment & LogisticsManage order processing workflows to ensure on-time and error-free deliveries.

Collaborate with 3PL partners to optimize shipping times and costs. Monitor and improve last-mile delivery performance. Inventory ManagementOversee inventory across warehouses and fulfillment centers.

Ensure real-time inventory tracking to prevent stockouts or overstocking. Collaborate with procurement and production teams for replenishment planning.E-commerce Supply Chain OptimizationDevelop and execute strategies for improving supply chain efficiency for D2C channels. Monitor KPIs like order lead time, fulfillment accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

Integrate supply chain operations with e-commerce platforms and marketplaces. Vendor & Partner ManagementManage relationships with 3PLs, couriers, and packaging suppliers. Negotiate contracts and SLAs with service providers.

Process Improvement & AnalyticsIdentify bottlenecks in the supply chain and propose data-driven solutions. Use analytics tools to forecast demand and plan inventory effectively. Drive cost-saving initiatives without compromising service quality.

Customer-Centric OperationsCollaborate with customer service to resolve order or delivery issues. Continuously refine processes to enhance the customer delivery experience. Key Skills & QualificationsSupply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related fields.3-5 years of experience in a supply chain role, with a focus on B2C or D2C operations.

Mandatory Unicommerce/ Uniware experience. Proficiency in inventory management systems, ERP platforms, and e-commerce integrations. Experience in personal care, FMCG, or similar industries is highly desirable.
