Position:
Project Execution Lead / Site Engineer – Interiors

Responsibilities:

  • Understand and work with 2D/3D drawings for civil, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry work.
  • Identify any design issues and highlight possible risks before work starts.
  • Check work orders, BOQs, and drawings for accuracy and clarity.
  • Prepare and manage project schedules to ensure smooth execution.
  • Visit sites regularly to check work quality and progress.
  • Make sure work is completed on time and meets quality standards.
  • Share regular site updates with clients and internal teams.
  • Coordinate between Designers, Clients, and Vendors during the project.
  • Maintain project trackers and weekly progress reports.
  • Identify delays or issues and take corrective action quickly.
  • Ensure all checklists and work procedures are followed for the best results.
  • Work with internal teams to improve SOPs, pricing, and processes.
  • Build strong relations with vendors and contractors and resolve site issues quickly.

Requirements / Qualifications:

  • Education:
    Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
  • Experience:
    2–3 years in interior project execution or site management.
  • Good understanding of modular furniture, civil, MEP, and finishing work.
  • Can read and understand technical drawings and BOQs.
  • Strong coordination and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of MS Office, AutoCAD, and project tracking tools.
  • Responsible, detail-oriented, and focused on timelines.
  • Able to manage multiple sites at once.
  • Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
