About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Interior Project Manager with 4 to 6 years of expertise in residential modular and interior design projects. The candidate will oversee projects from design to execution, ensuring high standards of quality, client satisfaction, and timely delivery while staying within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and execute residential interior design and modular projects from planning to completion.

Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and deliver customized interior solutions.

Create layouts, designs, material specifications, and 3D visualizations.

Coordinate with architects, vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

Supervise site activities, ensuring designs are implemented as per drawings and schedules.

Conduct regular site visits and quality checks to ensure workmanship, materials, and finishes meet design standards.

Monitor safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations.

Prepare and manage budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.

Communicate effectively with clients, addressing concerns and providing progress updates.

Document project developments and maintain accurate reports.

Stay updated with the latest interior design trends, materials, and modular solutions.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Interior Design,

4 to 6 years of experience in residential modular and interior design projects.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other 3D design and visualization tools.

Strong knowledge of modular kitchens, wardrobes, lighting, furniture, and finishes.

Excellent communication and client-handling skills.

Ability to interpret drawings, designs, and technical specifications.

Strong planning, budgeting, and problem-solving skills.

Experience in conducting quality checks and ensuring design compliance on-site.

Additional Requirements:

Immediate joiners are highly preferred.

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Flexible and willing to travel anywhere within Bangalore according to project locations.

Self-driven and client-focused approach.

Preferred Skills:

Creative mindset with attention to detail and aesthetics.

Awareness of sustainable and space-efficient interior solutions.

Experience in high-end residential projects is an advantage.
