We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Facility & Admin Executive to support our daily facility management and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will have 1–1.5 years of experience in facility coordination, vendor management, and general office administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day facility operations including housekeeping, security, pantry, and office maintenance.
  • Coordinate with vendors for facility-related services and ensure timely delivery of work.
  • Monitor and maintain office infrastructure, utilities, and equipment to ensure smooth functioning.
  • Manage office supplies, stationery, and procurement activities.
  • Support in travel arrangements, accommodation, and logistics for staff when required.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and statutory regulations in the workplace.
  • Assist in managing petty cash, facility bills, and expense records.
  • Provide general administrative support to the management and employees.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of facility management and administration practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Business Administration, Facility Management, or related field.

Experience: 1–1.5 years in Facility & Administration.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹23, ₹25,000.00 per month
