Job Title: SAP Access Management Specialist

Department: IT / Security & Compliance

Location: Gurugram/Hyderabad

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Purpose

To manage and govern user access across SAP systems, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations. The role involves designing secure access models, maintaining role definitions, and supporting audits and risk mitigation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer SAP user access, roles, and authorizations across ECC, S/4HANA, BW, and Fiori.

  • Implement and manage SAP GRC Access Control modules:

  • Access Risk Analysis (ARA)

  • Emergency Access Management (EAM)
  • Business Role Management (BRM)

  • Compliant User Provisioning (CUP)

  • Conduct access reviews, SoD analysis, and internal audits.

  • Collaborate with business units to define and maintain role-based access controls.
  • Troubleshoot authorization issues and support incident response.
  • Maintain documentation for access control policies and procedures.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on access management.
  • Stay updated on SAP security trends and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, SOX).

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 37 years of experience in SAP Security and Access Management.
  • Proficiency in SAP GRC, SAP Security modules, and role design.

Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on compliance and documentation.

Familiarity with audit processes and ITGC controls.
