Position Overview* We are seeking an experienced Manager – Textile Production & Liaisoning with a strong background in textile manufacturing and operations. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in production management, process optimization, and industry liaisoning. This role requires hands-on expertise in managing textile production units, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and maintaining smooth coordination with stakeholders. Key Responsibilities* * Oversee end-to-end *production operations* within the textile unit, ensuring timely and quality output. * Develop, implement, and monitor *production plans, schedules, and targets*. * Manage *liaisoning activities* with government bodies, industry associations, and regulatory authorities. * Ensure compliance with statutory and safety regulations. * Supervise and lead the production team to achieve productivity goals. * Monitor quality control processes and reduce wastage. * Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and clients for smooth operational flow. * Maintain MIS reports and provide regular updates to management. * Drive cost efficiency, process improvements, and innovation in production. Requirements * Graduate / Postgraduate in *Textile Engineering / Production Management* or equivalent. * *10+ years of experience* in textile production management. * Strong knowledge of *fabric production processes* (preferably velvet/textile finishing). * Excellent **liaisoning skills** with government and external agencies. * Ability to lead teams, delegate tasks, and handle multiple priorities. * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. * Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (preferred).
