Advance Paints Pvt. Ltd. is a manufacturer of industrial, high performance and marine coatings. We are leading suppliers to Indian Navy and Indian Railways having been associated to them for over 3 decades. We have an extensive product range that has been specially developed for infrastructure projects, chemical zones, refineries and others.

**Role Purpose**

As a Data Entry Operator at Advance Paints, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of critical manufacturing data. You will work closely with various departments within the company to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and accessibility, to ensure that all production activities are recorded and stored in the ERP software.

**Responsibility**

1. Accurately input and maintain critical production data in ERP software and issuing a batch slip from software.

2. Verify the accuracy of data by comparing it to source documents and rectify any discrepancies.

3. Retrieve and compile data from various sources, including paper documents, electronic files, and databases, as needed by different departments.

4. Assist in data analysis tasks, including generating reports, charts, and graphs to support decision-making processes within the production department.

5. Maintain organized and up-to-date records and files as per ISO system, including production records, inventory levels, quality control data, and other relevant information.

6. Adhere to data security and confidentiality policies to protect sensitive company information.

7. Collaborate with colleagues and department heads to ensure accurate and timely data entry and retrieval.

8. Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance data entry efficiency and accuracy.

**Support Functions**

1. Liaison with dispatch

**Skills Required**:
1. Ability to use and learn various computer software.

2. Proficiency in data entry and data management software and tools.

3. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Experience Required**
- 0-2 years as a Data Entry Operator

**Qualification Required**
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in data management is a plus.

**Mandatory Requirement**
- Must be a local from Ankleshwar or nearby areas
- Who has used an ERP software in a manufacturing business

**Salary**: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
