Liaison with Government authorities
- Liaising activities with following Government authorities for obtaining approvals, amendments, renewal of licenses / obtaining new license, monthly, yearly returns etc.
- Prohibition & Excise department at Bharuch, Vadodara, Gandhinagar offices for below listed licenses (under Bombay Prohibition Act and Gujarat Methyl Rules). Site is holding below listed licenses under the said Act
- Methanol
- Absolute Alcohol
- Special Denatured Sprit
- Ammonium chloride
- Poison license for storage of Methanol from Collector office
- Purchase requisition authorization from Inspector - Prohibition for each Alcohol and Special Denatured Spirit procurement consignment
- Approval for consumption of Alcohol from Industries Commissioner office Gandhinagar - APP
- Petroleum and Explosive Safety Organization (PESO) Site is holding following licenses under Petroleum and Explosive Act & Rules
- Solvent Storage tank farm
- Solvent storage Shed
- Liquid Nitrogen storage tank farm
- Hydrochloride (HCL) storage yard
- HSD & LDO storage tank farm
- District authority / SDM
- Narcotic Control Bureau
- IEM registration
