Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our dynamic team. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, helping them resolve issues, answer queries, and provide exceptional service. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a friendly attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer inquiries through various channels (phone, email, chat).
Resolve customer complaints in a timely and effective manner.
Provide detailed product/service information and guidance to customers.
Maintain and update customer records in the system.
Work closely with other departments to address customer issues.
Ensure customer satisfaction and follow up when necessary.
Troubleshoot and provide solutions to common issues faced by customers.
Achieve individual and team targets related to customer satisfaction and resolution times.
Required Qualifications:
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent;
Experience: Previous experience in customer support, call centers, or related fields is an advantage but not mandatory.
Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills; Problem-solving; Attention to detail; Multitasking; Computer literacy.
Language: Fluency in English is required. Additional language proficiency is a plus.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Gender: Female Candidate Preferable.
Age: 18-35 years preferred (flexible depending on experience).
Personality Traits: Friendly, empathetic, patient, solution-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Salary & Benefits:
Salary: ₹. 10,000/- to ₹. 12,000/- per month (Negotiable based on experience).
Benefits: Incentives, performance bonuses.
