**Position: Customer Support Executive**

**Job Location: Vandalur**

**CTC: INR 03.00 Lakhs Per Annum**

**Education: Any graduate**

**Working Days: Mon - Sat (Weekend Holiday)**

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Order Entry and management
- Send Quotation and Purchase Order for India sales, customer query handling

customers
- Inform customer and Sales regarding ship dates, planning and product issues
- Work with Operations regarding the order flow, which can or cannot go
- Maintains customer records by updating account information.
- Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analysing customer

information.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
