Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Payroll, Superannuation, and IAS Specialist based in Ahmedabad. The role involves managing end-to-end payroll processes, including payroll administration, timely payment execution, and compliance with tax regulations. The individual will handle superannuation contributions, ensure accurate reporting and filing of IAS, and resolve payroll-related queries such as garnishments. Collaborating with internal teams, the specialist ensures that payroll systems remain efficient and up-to-date while adhering to Australian standards and legal requirements.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Payroll Administration, Payroll Services, and Payroll Processing
  • Knowledge of Payroll Taxes, including compliance and accurate calculations
  • Experience handling Garnishments and ensuring legal and regulatory payroll adherence
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for accurate data management
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Familiarity with Australian payroll systems and tax regulations is a significant advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
