Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle the entire sales process for premium and referral customers from the corporate office.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with premium clients and referral customers.
  • Track and follow up on leads received through referrals, corporate channels, and brand campaigns.
  • Coordinate with dealerships, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure smooth and timely vehicle delivery and after-sales service.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Resolve any customer issues or escalations professionally and promptly.
  • Provide regular sales performance updates and customer feedback reports to management.
  • Represent the brand with professionalism and a customer-first approach.

  • Professional demeanor suitable for interacting with premium clients.
  • Ability to multitask and coordinate across teams effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
  • 2–4 years experience in sales, preferably in automobile or premium customer handling.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹35,000.00 per month
