Candidate Expectation & Job Responsibilities:
We are seeking an experienced HR Transformation professional to lead our HR transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR transformation, with experience in implementing process improvements and driving cultural change.
- Lead HR transformation initiatives to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
- Develop and implement strategic HR plans to align with business objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes
- Design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Develop and manage budgets for HR transformation initiatives
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of HR transformation initiatives
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders and employees
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR transformation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 12+ years of experience in HR transformation, with a focus on process improvement and cultural change
- Proven track record of leading successful HR transformation initiatives
- Strong knowledge of Six Sigma, Lean, Green Belt (GB), and Black Belt (BB) methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with HRIS systems and other HR technology platforms
