Candidate Expectation & Job Responsibilities:

We are seeking an experienced  HR Transformation professional to lead our HR transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR transformation, with experience in implementing process improvements and driving cultural change.

  • Lead HR transformation initiatives to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Develop and implement strategic HR plans to align with business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes
  • Design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Develop and manage budgets for HR transformation initiatives
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of HR transformation initiatives
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders and employees
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR transformation

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 12+ years of experience in HR transformation, with a focus on process improvement and cultural change
  • Proven track record of leading successful HR transformation initiatives
  • Strong knowledge of Six Sigma, Lean, Green Belt (GB), and Black Belt (BB) methodologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with HRIS systems and other HR technology platforms
