About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Accounts & Finance Executive with strong knowledge in Indian Taxation, Payroll Management, and Audit processes. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in night shifts and have hands-on experience in managing compliance and financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Indian Taxation

  • Handle GST filings, reconciliation, and compliance.
  • Prepare and file TDS returns, manage TDS reconciliations, and ensure timely payments.
  • Assist in income tax computation, tax audits, and statutory filings.
  • Coordinate with consultants and authorities for any tax-related queries.

2. Payroll Management

  • End-to-end payroll processing for employees (monthly).
  • Maintain payroll records, salary structures, deductions, reimbursements, and benefits.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements: PF, ESIC, PT, Gratuity etc.
  • Handle payroll queries from employees and coordinate for timely salary disbursement.

3. Audit & Compliance

  • Assist in internal and external audits.
  • Ensure all financial records are accurate and updated.
  • Prepare audit schedules, documentation, and support auditors with data requests.
  • Review financial transactions, ledgers, and books for accuracy.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards, taxation rules, and payroll regulations.
  • Proficiency in Tally / ERP systems, MS Excel, and accounting software.
  • Good understanding of financial controls and audit frameworks.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently under minimal supervision.

Qualifications

  • CA Inter / CA preferred.
  • 2–3 years of experience in taxation, payroll, and audit functions.

Work Conditions

  • Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (IST)
  • Ability to handle critical timelines and month-end/year-end closures.
  • Comfortable with remote communication and coordination across teams.
