Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Retail Store Manager who can drive sales, manage store operations, and uphold brand standards. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader, capable of motivating the team while ensuring excellent customer service and efficient resource management.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily store operations, including sales, stock, and staff management.
- Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and maintain store presentation.
- Train, motivate, and manage store staff to achieve performance targets.
- Handle customer relations and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Manage inventory, optimize stock levels, and prevent losses.
- Develop strategies to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
- Use initiative to identify and implement improvements in store management.
Requirements:
- Graduate/MBA with 4-8 years of experience in retail store management.
- Strong knowledge of store operations, team handling, and brand management.
- Excellent customer service, inventory management, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications for reporting and analysis.
- Ability to drive sales, improve efficiency, and maintain high service standards.
