  1. Strategic support for CFO:
  2. Support the CFO in strategic planning and execution of financial initiatives.
  3. Report to the CFO on corporate governance matters and initiatives.
  4. Financial Reporting and Management:
  5. Oversee the preparation of financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory law and financial regulations.

    Implement cash and liquidity management strategies to optimize the companys financial position.
  6. Risk Management and Compliance:
  7. Identify and manage financial risks, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
  8. Monitor the development and implementation of accounting systems and controls to ensure accuracy and reliability of financial data.
  9. Operational Efficiency:
  10. Drive efficiency and effectiveness in financial operations, including accounting, tax, treasury, and compensation.
  11. Continuously evaluate and improve financial processes and systems to increase accuracy and efficiency.
  12. External Relations:
  13. Liaison and maintain relationships with external auditors, bankers, and other financial institutions.
  14. Represent the company in financial matters with external stakeholders to build and maintain strong relationships.

Strong finance-based analytical skill, knowledge of financial & accounting standards & laws, experience in financial planning and analysis, highly effective verbal and written communication skills, skills to manage financial risks, knowledge in implementation of accounting systems, extensive knowledge in financial regulations.
