Role Overview

We're looking for an experienced and results-oriented Sales-Aligned Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager
to join our core team. This is a hands-on role where you'll be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies that enhance brand presence, engagement, and conversions. You will lead campaigns end-to-end, create engaging content, and collaborate closely with leadership on GTM (Go-To-Market) and sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand the product and create engaging content tailored to our target audience
  • Create and run compelling social media campaigns that drive engagement and growth across Instagram, LinkedIn, and more
  • Design posts, carousels, and short-form videos (reels)
  • Handle end-to-end video editing and post-production
  • Use tools like
    Canva
    and
    DaVinci Resolve
    (or similar) to produce high-quality content
  • Collaborate on GTM strategies and assist the sales team with content support
  • Track performance using KPIs and optimize campaigns accordingly
  • Stay up to date with digital trends and competitor activities
  • Bring fresh, creative ideas to the table and help build our brand identity online
