Quad One is looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Generative AI Developer with strong Python programming experience, hands-on exposure to AI/ML concepts, and a good understanding of NLP and Large Language Models (LLMs). This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI solutions in healthcare, building intelligent systems that transform patient care and hospital workflows. The ideal candidate will have experience working with ML/DL frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face) and a passion for applying Generative AI in real-world applications. Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and optimize Generative AI and NLP solutions.
  • Work with LLMs and frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar.
  • Develop and maintain AI/ML models and pipelines in Python.
  • Collaborate with product and domain experts to integrate AI into healthcare workflows.
  • Research and apply emerging AI/ML and GenAI techniques to business use cases.
  • Participate in proof-of-concepts (POCs) and move successful prototypes into production.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in AI/ML development, with exposure to Generative AI projects.
  • Strong programming skills in Python.
  • Familiarity with ML/DL frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, OpenCV).
  • Understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) concepts and applications.
  • Exposure to LLMs (e.g., GPT, LLaMA, Gemini, or similar).
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
