We are in look for a Project Manager to lead the Retail Projects of BASICS Brand from Initiation to Completion.

This role will focus on delivering business transformation initiatives, store rollouts, or retail system implementations on time, within scope, and within budget.

Please find below the Job Responsibilities:

RETAIL STORE PLANNING & EXECUTION ( NEW & MAINTENANCE)

Mange all the store projects which includes concept planning, interior planning and responsible for handover based on timelines.

Planning for existing store renovation and space management.

Responsible in selecting and appointing all vendors which includes, Electrical contractors, Civil contractors, A.C. consultants and contractors for new projects and old store renovations.

STORE DESIGN

Responsible to create store layouts with the team and also ensure consistency in store design across multiple locations maintaining BASICS Brand identity.

Maintain quality standards of material and quality of finishes and ensure execution as per design specifications.

BUDGET MANAGEMENT

Responsible for Project expense tracking against the approved budget.

Control on Capital expenditure of all new projects, renovation works & generate reports.

COORDINATION

Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams.

Ensure clear and consistent communication.

Qualification: Preferably an Engineering Degree in Civil;

Experience:

4-8 years of project management experience, preferably in a retail or fashion environment.

Proven experience managing multi-site retail projects/stores.

Hands-on experience in AUTO CAD.
