Schindler India Pvt Ltd is inviting applications for Existing Installation Elevator Sales profile for North and South Branch.

Need on paper 8-13 years of experience in Existing Installation

The Contract Sales will be responsible for revenue generation by proposing and procuring Annual Maintenance Contracts for Schindler and non-Schindler products and constantly being focused on Customer Satisfaction.

.

Responsibility:

- Collecting leads and market information about potential customers

Approaching such customers for Sale and/or Renewal of Annual Maintenance Contracts for Elevators and Escalators.

  • Understanding the Customer needs and working out the finances for the project.

  • Assist the Maintenance team in smooth execution of contract.

  • Ensuring timely and smooth execution of service conditions.

Collection of outstanding dues.
