Service Sales Engineer(Elevators

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Sales Engineer (Elevators & Escalators) to join our team in Oman. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts) and service sales for elevators, escalators, and trav-o-lators. The role requires a proactive sales approach, excellent negotiation skills, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare estimates, quotations, and product presentations.
Participate in pre- and post-tender review meetings, negotiations, and AMC finalizations.
Identify and develop new markets/corporate clients to increase market share.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, consultants, and new customers for business development.
Ensure high customer satisfaction by delivering efficient after-sales service.
Coordinate with field operations teams to ensure timely renewals of service contracts.
Desired Candidate Profile
Graduate in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with 6+ years of relevant experience
OR
Diploma holder with 12+ years of relevant experience.
Strong background in AMC and service sales of elevators, escalators, trav-o-lators, etc.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Compensation & Benefits
Monthly Salary: RO 1000 – 1100
(approx. ₹2,15,000 – ₹2,36,000 INR per month, inclusive of Basic, HRA, Conveyance Allowance, Communication Allowance, Ticket Allowance, and Other Allowances)
Visa & Tickets: Free visa and joining air tickets for employee and family. Monthly ticket allowance (for employee and family) provided after joining.
Accommodation: One month of free bachelor accommodation upon joining.
Working Hours: 8 hours per day, 5 days a week (Sunday – Thursday).
Leave: 30 days of paid leave after completion of 12 months of service.
Medical Facilities: Free medical coverage for employee and family under company sponsorship.
