  • Must be a Graduate / Bachelors Degree
  • Comprehensive experience of minimum 5 years in Real Estate Sales, preferably with experience of sales in primary market / channel partner sales.
  • Possessing ability to achieve sales as per targets given by the company
  • Interacting with Developers for their various projects and inventories
  • Giving Sales presentation to customers and completing sales
  • Can preferably carry out site visits as and when required.
  • Lead Generation strategies, active marketing initiatives, attending industry events, exhibitions.
  • Comfortable with computers, property portals like Magicbricks, 99 Acres and also Real Estate CRM
  • Go getter, positive attitude and customer friendly approach.
  • Fluent communication skills in English, Hindi and Bengali

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹50,000.00 per month
