**Sales Executive - Real Estate Brokerage**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and lead generation.
- Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations with clients.
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable properties.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the local real estate market and industry trends.
- Handle sales transactions from start to finish, ensuring a smooth closing process.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors.
- Work closely with the marketing and administrative teams to enhance client engagement.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience in real estate sales or a related field is preferred.**:

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proven track record in sales.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment.
- Own vehicle and a valid driver’s license preferred.
