Job Description – User Experience (UX) Specialist Position

Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative User Experience (UX) Specialist to design intuitive, engaging, and user-centered experiences across our digital platforms. The ideal candidate will combine strong research, analytical, and design skills to translate user needs into functional and visually appealing product experiences, with preference for candidates who have worked in eCommerce and Real Estate platforms.
Key Responsibilities
· Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
· Develop user personas, customer journeys, and experience maps to guide product design decisions.
· Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes (using Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools).
· Collaborate with product managers, developers, and designers to ensure UX vision aligns with business goals.
· Optimize information architecture, navigation flows, and content hierarchy for clarity and ease of use.
· Perform usability testing and A/B testing, analyze results, and iterate designs based on feedback.
· Ensure designs comply with accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive design best practices.
· Stay updated on UX/UI design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously enhance product usability.
Qualifications & Skills
· Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Design, Psychology, Computer Science, or a related field.
· Proven experience (3–5 years) as a UX Specialist / UX Designer / Interaction Designer.
· Experience designing for eCommerce and/or Real Estate platforms (property listings, booking flows, checkout, digital negotiations, etc.) is strongly preferred.
· Proficiency in UX tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, Axure, or similar.
· Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability heuristics, and accessibility guidelines.
· Ability to conduct qualitative and quantitative research (surveys, usability tests, analytics).
· Experience working in agile/scrum product development teams.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate design decisions.
· Knowledge of basic HTML, CSS, or JavaScript is a plus (to collaborate better with developers).
