Maintenance Team Lead

Maintenance Team lead
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager from monofilament/plastic industry. The ideal candidate will ensure end-to-end mechanical and electrical activities. Like, leading maintenance operations, minimizing downtime, and enhancing mechanical efficiency in the plant, etc.
Your Contributions:
– Develop and execute preventive and predictive maintenance plans for the plant machinery and utilities.
– Lead mechanical breakdown resolutions and ensure quick, effective troubleshooting.
– Liaise with external vendors, suppliers, and government/municipal authorities for coordination and compliance follow-ups.
– Oversee repair and maintenance of systems like extruders, winders, cutters, gearboxes, conveyors, pumps, etc.
– Setup and Lead the maintenance team and coordinate with production and other departments.
– Represent maintenance department in ISO and customer Audits.
– Manage spare parts inventory and ensure availability of critical components.
– Ensure safety compliance, conduct inspections, and maintain service logs and documentation.
– Continuous process improvement by creating SOP's for energy conservation and system optimization
Our expectations:
– Education – Bachelors in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering.
– Experience – 8-10 years in mechanical and electrical maintenance, specifically in monofilament/plastic industry.
– Knowledge – Expertise in mechanical systems, equipment diagnostics, and tools. Familiar with extruders and molding machines.
– Soft Skills – Strong leadership, problem-solving ability, team coordination, and communication.
– Flexibility – Willingness to work in shift Or work beyond regular working hours/weekends during emergencies
– Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a manufacturing plant environment.
