**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor production processes and equipment to maintain optimal performance.
- Ensure production schedules are met and adjust plans as necessary to address any issues.
- Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular inspections and quality checks of the production processes and final products.
- Implement corrective actions for any deviations from quality standards.
- Manage and oversee the utilization of raw materials, equipment, and manpower.
- Coordinate with the procurement team for timely availability of materials.
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain appropriate stock levels of raw materials and finished products.
- Maintain accurate production records and documentation as per regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and submit production reports, including production metrics, quality control data, and any issues encountered.
- Train and supervise production staff, ensuring they are well-informed about procedures and safety protocols.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to production team members.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team for routine maintenance and repairs of production equipment.
- Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency enhancements.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
