**Job Responsibilities:

- Dispatch Coordination: Oversee and coordinate the daily dispatch of pharmaceutical products to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.
- Scheduling: Plan and schedule shipments based on customer orders and production forecasts, optimizing load capacities and routes to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Inventory Management: Keep accurate records of inventory levels to ensure that the dispatch process aligns with available stock, minimizing delays.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all dispatched goods meet the quality standards of the company and the expectations of the clients.
- Documentation: Prepare and maintain detailed records of shipments, including dispatch times, vehicle details, routes taken, and delivery confirmations.
- Carrier Management: Liaise with transportation providers to secure the best rates and services. Resolve any issues that arise during the transport process.
- Compliance: Ensure all dispatch and transportation activities comply with industry regulations and safety standards.
- Customer Service: Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries related to shipments and deliveries, providing timely and accurate information.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the production, sales, and logistics teams to ensure a smooth flow of operations.

**Requirements:

- **
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 -3 years of experience in dispatch operations, preferably in the steel manufacturing industry.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in logistics and inventory management software.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of transportation regulations and safety standards.
- Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,072.23 - ₹25,706.23 per month
