Responsibilities:
- Covering the entire territory responsible from Baroda.
- Support in increasing the sales revenue.
- Generating qualified leads.
- Follow-ups with customers and internal teams.
- Supporting the team in order Execution.
- Playing a vital role in the region's sales forecast and outcome.
- Support sales promotional activities like technical seminars, presentations and exhibitions.
- Taking necessary learning wherever required in the best possible way.
- Adhering to organizational values at all times.
Qualification:
- Graduate Engineer in Mechanical Field.
Experience:
- 01 to 04 years of experience in Sales/Marketing/Business Development in Rotary products.
Skills & Competencies:
- Street smart & self - starter.
- Customer handling skills.
- Presentation and good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to learn and retain product specific information and utilization to position the features and benefits to customers.
- Should be willing to travel extensively in the Region.
