About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager Execution with a proven track record in execution of large-scale construction and real estate projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing site operations, managing teams, ensuring quality standards, and delivering projects within time and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning & Scheduling: Prepare execution plans, timelines, and work schedules in coordination with design and engineering teams.
  • Site Execution Management: Supervise day-to-day site activities, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to project specifications.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all construction activities meet required standards, codes, and client expectations.
  • Resource Management: Monitor allocation of manpower, machinery, and materials to optimize productivity.
  • Vendor & Contractor Coordination: Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants for timely completion of deliverables.
  • Progress Monitoring & Reporting: Track project progress, identify delays, and prepare regular status reports for management.
  • Budget & Cost Control: Ensure execution is within approved budgets and highlight variances in advance.
  • Health, Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and statutory regulations at the site.
  • Problem-Solving: Proactively resolve technical issues and on-site challenges to avoid project delays.

Candidate Profile:

  • B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Masters degree preferred but not mandatory).
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in execution of construction and real estate projects.
  • Proficient in MS Office and online compliance tools
  • Ethical, reliable, and detail-focused professional

Work Environment:

  • Location: On-site role at the Moradabad office
  • Working Days: 6-day work week
  • Joining: Immediate or within 30 days preferred
