Descriptif mission

At Safran Aircraft Engines Customer Support team, a new position arose to increase LRU services representative in India (Delhi) for Indian and no Indian customers with following responsibilities: He / She: Work under the management of Global Supply Chain Support and Services LRU services Perform the communication with Indian and non Indian customers Manage parts repair requests of the customers Placing purchase orders in ERP System SAP Provide regular status for open purchase orders to customer Propose standard exchange if needed Organize drop shipment of parts (direct transport from customer to repair station and get them back) Organize regular calls, meetings, with customers Manage performance KPIs Ensure customer satisfaction Provide regular feedback to the management Perform other duties assigned from time to time

Good international experience in customers relationship, with extensive experience in the manufacturing industry Good knowledge of legal environment related to managing contracts and agreements
