Role & responsibilities

  • Source and procure raw materials, packaging, and other supplies required for bio-agriculture products.
  • Identify and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery speed.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms with vendors to ensure optimal pricing and service.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory.
  • Coordinate with production and R&D teams to forecast procurement needs.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor pricing to inform purchasing decisions.
  • Handle Purchase Orders, invoices, and delivery schedules efficiently.
  • Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure reliability and quality.

Preferred candidate profile

Masters / Bachelors degree in agriculture, Supply Chain Management, or related field

Preferred candidates from bio-fertilizers, bio-pesticides, or organic solutions.

Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems SAP, Ivalua

Strong negotiation and communication skills.
