JD:


• Conduct periodic internal audits of civil construction activities at project sites.


• Verify compliance with IS codes, project specifications, drawings, and contractual requirements.


• Inspect ongoing and completed works such as concrete works, reinforcement, formwork, masonry, earthworks, and finishes.


• Communication with multiple teams to manage multiple projects simultaneously.


• Renewing the lease with negotiation, amendment.


• Discussing with Land owners for any unwanted access issues.


• Support continuous improvement by identifying process inefficiencies and recommending solutions.

Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelors Degree.


• Minimum 3–6 years of experience in auditing or Estate roles.


• Strong knowledge of construction materials, QA/QC procedures, and relevant IS/IRC/ASTM codes.


• Familiar with construction drawings, BBS, concrete mix designs, etc.


• Excellent report-writing, observation, and analytical skill
