Job Title: Sales Co-Ordinator

Job Purpose:

To support the Sales team in day-to-day operations by managing data, preparing reports, coordinating with clients and internal departments, and ensuring smooth execution of sales processes.

Key Responsibilities:

· Coordinate with sales team, distributors, and clients to ensure timely order processing and follow-ups.

· Prepare, analyze, and maintain sales reports using Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, MIS, Data Analysis).

· Track sales performance against targets and provide regular updates to management.

· Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and documentation.

· Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.

· Handle customer queries, follow up on payments, and provide after-sales support.

· Coordinate with logistics, accounts, and other departments for smooth order fulfillment.

· Support in planning and execution of sales activities, campaigns, and meetings.

Requirements:

· 1–2 years of relevant experience in Sales Coordination / Back-office Sales Support.

· Proficiency in Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Charts, Data Validation).

· Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.

· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18, ₹20,000.00 per month
