**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Sales Support**: Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales reports, updating CRM records, and coordinating sales meetings and events.
2. **Customer Service**: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve customer complaints, and provide timely updates on sales orders and deliveries.
3. **Order Processing**: Process sales orders, ensure accurate pricing and product information, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
4. **Sales Reporting**: Prepare and analyze sales reports, providing insights on sales performance, customer trends, and market analysis.
5. **CRM Management**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system ((link unavailable)), ensuring data integrity and compliance with sales processes.
6. **Sales Enablement**: Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales collateral, case studies, and other sales enablement materials.
7. **Event Coordination**: Coordinate sales events, product launches, and trade shows, ensuring successful execution and follow-up.
**Requirements**:
1. **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2. **Experience**: 1-2 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or a related field.
3. **Skills**: Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills. Proficiency in CRM software Microsoft Office, and Google Suite.
4. **Knowledge**: Basic understanding of IT infrastructure solutions, including cloud computing, networking, and cybersecurity.
**Nice to Have**:
1. Certifications: Sales or customer service certifications, such as CSP or CCS.
2. Technical Skills: Familiarity with sales automation tools, data analytics software or IT service management platforms.
