GVPR is an Infrastructure Construction Company having multiple divisions in Power Sector, the distribution of laying of power cables, erecting towers for high power transmission, construction of power stations, etc. In the Civil Engineering for executing medium to large civil constructions, roads, canals, etc. and Water Resource Management, which together form the core essential segments of our economy. GVPR has good experience in executing lift irrigation schemes and drinking water diversion schemes also, which is a critical part of rural irrigation schemes and making drinking water available to all.

At GVPR, we have a strong management team working on Civil, Electrical and Water Resource Management, through complementing each other's efforts in completing the projects. Job Requirements Analysis:
- Thoroughly understand job requirements and expectations from various departments within the infrastructure company.
- Collaborate with department heads to comprehend specific skill sets and qualifications needed for each position.
Job Hunting and Talent Sourcing:
- Proactively engage in job hunting activities to identify potential candidates from diverse sources such as job portals, social media, industry events, and referrals.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to ensure quick and effective fulfillment of job vacancies.
End-to-End Recruitment Process:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and negotiating offers.
- Conduct thorough candidate evaluations, assessing qualifications, experience, skills, and cultural fit within the organization.
- Coordinate with hiring managers for interview schedules and feedback, ensuring a seamless recruitment experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders.
Candidate Assessment and Selection:
- Utilize various assessment tools and techniques to evaluate candidates' competencies and suitability for specific roles.
- Collaborate with departmental heads to make informed hiring decisions based on candidate qualifications and organizational requirements.
Compliance and Documentation:
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to recruitment and employment practices.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of candidate profiles, interview evaluations, and other recruitment-related documents.
Internal Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with HR team members to align recruitment strategies with overall HR objectives and company goals.
- Provide regular updates and reports to management regarding recruitment progress, challenges, and successes.
- MBA in Human Resources
- 10-12 years in HR, specifically within the infrastructure sector
- Minimum of 10-12 years of experience in HR, specifically within the infrastructure sector.
- MBA in Human Resources from a reputable institution.
- Previous experience working in an infrastructure company is mandatory.
- Exceptional understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process, with a proven track record of successful placements.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including effective communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency in recruitment software and tools to enhance efficiency in talent acquisition.
