Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Deputy Manager located in Agra. The Deputy Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing daily operational activities, ensuring project deliverables are met on time and within budget. Key tasks include coordinating with various teams, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, resource planning, and implementing project management best practices. The Deputy Manager will also be involved in stakeholder management, risk assessment, and driving operational excellence.

Qualifications

  • Strong project management skills, including resource planning and risk assessment
  • Experience in coordinating with multiple teams and stakeholders
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance and standards in power infrastructure projects
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Agra
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to operational challenges
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in the power infrastructure sector is a plus
