- We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Deputy Manager to oversee and manage daily operational activities at our Agra site. The ideal candidate will ensure the timely and efficient delivery of projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, maintain compliance with regulatory standards, and drive operational excellence. - This role requires strong project management skills, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to lead initiatives in a dynamic environment.Key Responsibilities:- Oversee and manage day-to-day operations to ensure smooth execution of ongoing projects.- Ensure all project deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with industry and regulatory standards.- Coordinate with internal teams including engineering, procurement, and field operations to align resources and timelines.- Develop and implement project management best practices, tools, and templates.- Lead resource planning, scheduling, and risk assessment activities.- Monitor project performance and report on progress to senior management and stakeholders. -Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards.- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.- Facilitate effective communication across departments and with external partners.Qualifications & Skills:- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.- Strong project management skills with knowledge of resource allocation, budgeting, and risk management.- Familiarity with regulatory compliance in the power infrastructure or related engineering sectors.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive and hands-on approach.- Ability to manage multiple priorities and teams effectively.- Proficiency in project management tools and software is a plus.- Willingness to work on-site in Agra.
