Efiniti Telecommunications Services is a lead supplier of professional services in the Telecommunications and Information & Communications Technology (ICT) industry. Efiniti is an Australian owned and based company that specialises in these fields across three business sectors — Carrier & ICT, Corporate & Government, and Technology Vendor.

Efiniti is looking for an experienced
Solution Architect
with a strong background in
telecommunications networks and enterprise solutions
. The ideal candidate will design and deliver end-to-end technical solutions that align with business objectives, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance across mobile, fixed, and IP network environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement
  end-to-end telecommunications solutions
  , including
  IP, Core, Access, and OSS/BSS systems
  .
• Translate business requirements into
  technical architecture
  and
  solution designs
  aligned with organizational strategy.
• Provide
  technical leadership
  across network transformation and integration projects (e.g., 5G, SDN/NFV, Cloud, IoT, OSS automation).
• Develop
  high-level and detailed design documents (HLD/LLD)
  and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards.
• Collaborate with vendors, system integrators, and internal stakeholders to evaluate and recommend technology solutions.
• Conduct
  feasibility studies
  ,
  impact assessments
  , and
  risk analysis
  for new projects.
• Support
  proof-of-concept
  implementations and ensure solution delivery meets quality, performance, and security standards.
• Work with
  DevOps teams
  for automation, CI/CD pipeline integrations, and testing frameworks.
• Contribute to
  RFP/RFI processes
  , providing technical input and solution estimations.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry standards across
  Optical, IP/MPLS, Wireless, Cloud, and Security domains
  .

Skills & Experience Required:

• Bachelor's degree in
  Telecommunications, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering
  , or related field (Master's preferred).
• 7+ years of experience in
  telecommunications architecture, solution design, or network engineering
  .
• Strong knowledge of
  core telecommunications technologies
  , including:
• IP/MPLS, SDN/NFV, Cloud-based networks
• Wireless (4G/5G) and Fixed Network Architecture
• OSS/BSS Integration and Network Orchestration (e.g.,
  Cisco NSO, Netcracker, Amdocs
  )
• Automation tools (Ansible, Python, GitLab CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience with
  network modeling, service provisioning, and end-to-end integration
  in a Tier 1 telco environment.
• Excellent understanding of
  architecture frameworks
  (TOGAF, TM Forum Frameworx).
• Strong
  stakeholder management
  ,
  communication
  , and
  presentation
  skills.
• Proven ability to work across
  cross-functional and geographically distributed teams
  .

Desirable Certifications:

• Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP/CCIE)
• AWS/Azure Cloud Architect Certification
• TOGAF / ITIL Certification
• 5G Core / Network Automation / DevOps
  certifications are an advantage
